Signee Mansell Tabbed Mississippi Soccer Player of the Year

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss soccer signee Morgan Mansell was named Player of the Year by the Clarion Ledger for girls' soccer. The award encompasses all classifications of public and private schools in the state of Mississippi.
As a senior, Mansell scored 43 goals to go along with seven assists for Northeast Jones High School.
She led the Lady Tigers to the playoffs each season, winning the State Championship in 2010, 2011 and 2014. Mansell was named MVP of the 2015 Girls' All-Star game, scoring a goal and adding an assist for the South Team.
