Golden Eagles in the NFL, Week 2

Eight different Southern Miss players are currently on rosters in the National Football League. Here is a quick recap on how they did this past weekend:
Chris Clark, Denver - started at right tackle in a 24-17 home victory over Kansas City, It was his second-straight start there to open the season. (This week - at Seattle, 3:25 p.m./CBS)
Jamie Collins, New England - was not active in the Patriots 30-7 win over Minnesota last Sunday. (This week - Oakland, 12 noon/CBS)
Austin Davis, St. Louis - made his first NFL start at Tampa Bay and led the Rams on their final drive to a game-winning field goal in the 19-17 decision. Davis threw for 235 yards on 22-of-29 passing, finishing with a 99.1 quarterback rating on the day. (This week - Dallas, 12 noon/FOX)
Demar Dotson, Tampa Bay - started at right tackle for the second consecutive game of the 2014 season for the Buccaneers, but fell at home to St. Louis, 19-17. (This week - Thursday at Atlanta, 7:25 pm/CBS-NFL Network)
Lamar Holmes, Atlanta - started at right tackle for the Falcons for the second consecutive week as the Falcons lost on the road to Cincinnati, 24-10. (This week - Thursday vs. Tampa Bay, 7:25 pm/CBS-NFL Network)
Tom Johnson, Minnesota - registered a sack for seven yards, and added a quarterback hurry in the Vikings, 30-7, home loss to New England. (This week - at New Orleans, 12 noon/FOX)
Cordarro Law, San Diego - currently on the Chargers' practice squad and did not play in the contest.
Khyri Thornton, Green Bay - currently is on the injured reserved list.
