Women's Basketball Preps for Second Meeting With Tulane

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss women's basketball prepares for its second meeting with Tulane as the Lady Eagles close out the home portion of their schedule on Saturday at 4 p.m., in addition to preparing to honor the seniors in a postgame ceremony.
Senior point guard Jamierra Faulkner will play in her final home appearance. Also honored will be Niesha and Nitesha Pierce, whose careers were cut short because of injuries.
First 250 fans receive a Jamierra Faulkner Mini Poster. Fans will also be able to purchase $1 Hot Dogs. The Children`s Center will be our special guests for the game and will have a special presentation during halftime.
The Athletics Department will have a Girl Scouts Clinic with the Southern Misses. Registration is at 11:00 at the North Entrance of the Coliseum and the clinic is from Noon - 2 p.m. The cost is $25 and each participant will receive a T-shirt, poster, a $5 food voucher, the clinic and perform at halftime of the game. Any additional tickets are $3.
