Golden Eagles in the NFL, Week 6

Eight different Southern Miss players are currently on rosters in the National Football League. Here is a quick recap on how they did this past weekend:
Chris Clark, Denver - started for the fifth straight time to start the season for the Broncos in the team's 31-17 road win at the New York Jets. The Broncos are now 4-1 on the year. Clark is his fourth season with the Broncos, having played in 61 games and making 25 starts. (This week - San Francisco, 7:30 pm/NBC)
Jamie Collins, New England - notched four tackles (two assisted) to go along with an interception - his second takeaway of the season, a quarterback hurry and a pass deflection in the Patriots' 37-22 victory at Buffalo. Collins has appeared in five of the six contests for the Patriots this season, starting at linebacker in all five games. (This week - Thursday vs. N.Y. Jets, 7:25 pm/CBS-NFL Network)
Austin Davis, St. Louis - made his fourth career start for the Rams on Monday night Football, but dropped a 31-17 home decision to San Francisco. He passed for 236 yards on 21-of-42 passing with a touchdown and an interception. (This week - Seattle, 12 noon/FOX)
Demar Dotson, Tampa Bay - started at right tackle for the sixth consecutive game to start the 2014 season for the Buccaneers, losing a 41-17 home contest to Baltimore. (This week - Idle)
Lamar Holmes, Atlanta - is on the injured reserve list and will miss the remainder of the season with a foot injury.
Tom Johnson, Minnesota - came off the bench to register two tackles, including one sack for eight yards and two quarterback hurries in a 17-3 home loss to Detroit. (This week - at Buffalo, 12 noon/FOX)
Cordarro Law, San Diego - was not active with an ankle injury in a 31-28 victory at Oakland. (This week - Kansas City, 3:05 pm/CBS)
Khyri Thornton, Green Bay - is on the injured reserve list.
