Southern Miss Announces Football Game at Alabama in 2014

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss and Alabama have agreed to schedule a football game for the 2014 season in a joint announcement by both schools Wednesday.

The game is set for Sept. 13, 2014, and will take place at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The Golden Eagles and Crimson Tide have met 42 times on the gridiron, the fourth-longest series in Southern Miss history, and it will be the first time the two schools have met since the 2005 campaign.
