Rachel Johnson has played in 11 matches thus far on the season. She recorded a season-high 11 kills against McNeese State (8/31) while tallying a season-high six blocks against Stephen F. Austin (9/15). Johnson was a three-year letterwinner and two year starter at Stony Point High School. She was named 2011-12 All-Texas Team honorable mention by Lone Star Volleyball. She helped her team to the school's first ever district and bi-district championship.
