Southern Miss Softball Announces Rescheduled Mississippi State Game

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - After two rainouts prevented the teams from competing this season, the Southern Miss and Mississippi State softball teams will square off on Wednesday, April 25 at 6 p.m. for a single game at the Southern Miss Softball Complex.

The Golden Eagles and Bulldogs were set to play on Tuesday, April 17 in Hattiesburg but rainy conditions forced the game to be moved.

Southern Miss will step back into conference play this weekend when they travel to Greenville, N.C., to take on the Pirates of East Carolina for a doubleheader on Saturday and single game on Saturday. First pitch for those games are set for Noon on Saturday and 11 a.m. CT on Sunday.
