Softball Rained Out at South Alabama for Wednesday

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Due to weather conditions in the Mobile area, today's softball game between Southern Miss and South Alabama has been rescheduled to April 15.

The two teams will still square off in the schedule April 14 game in Hattiesburg, but the Golden Eagles will make their return trip to the Port City the following afternoon at 2 p.m. to make up today's rained out game.

Southern Miss (10-14, 2-4 C-USA) will now turn its attention to this weekend's Conference USA match-up with league leading Tulsa (19-6, 5-1 C-USA) at the Southern Miss Softball Complex. Games are set for 1 p.m. for Saturday's doubleheader and 1 p.m. for Sunday's series finale.
