Southern Miss Softball to Host Tryouts

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Open tryouts will be held for the 2011-12 Southern Miss softball team, newly minted co-head coaches Kirsten Voak and Jon Malgradi announced today.

Tryouts will take place September 16 at the Southern Miss Softball Complex at 2 p.m. Prospective student-athletes can sign up for the tryouts at the softball offices located on the second floor of the Athletic Center.

Those that are interested must have their ID number when they sign up. A verification of a physical must be brought at the time of signing up. Those trying out must be enrolled in at least 12 hours and have started after the Fall of 2007.
