Women's Basketball Visits Boys and Girls Club

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss women's basketball took some time out of their day to visit with the Boys and Girls Club of Hattiesburg.

Players were able interact with the kids, talk about staying in school as well as the chance to play college athletics. As an added bonus, students got a chance to get autographs and have their pictures taken with their favorite player.

As part of continued community service projects, the Lady Eagles will visit The Children's Center on the campus of Southern Miss on Monday, Oct. 24 from 12:30 - 1 p.m., to work on an art project outside, in our outdoor adaptive therapy center/playground.
