Volleyball Match Against Southeastern Louisiana Postponed

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- The volleyball match against Southeastern Louisiana scheduled for tonight has been postponed because of team travel problems associated with Hurricane Gustav. A new date has not been set.

The Golden Eagle team had to be re-routed to another airport and could not get out of Colorado until today.

Southern Miss (3-0) returns to action in the McNeese State Tournament, Sept. 5-6. The Golden Eagles open tournament play against Mississippi State at 11:30 a.m., followed by a match against Louisiana-Lafayette at 4:30 p.m., and close out tournament play against Grambling State at 11 a.m., Saturday.
