Softball's Jennifer Fox Earns All-Tournament Honors

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Senior third baseman Jennifer Fox was named to the FSU Early Bird All-tournament team for her performance over the weekend.

Fox helped lead Southern Miss to a couple of wins in the tournament. She finished the weekend batting .556 with five hits, including a two-run home run that helped the Lady Eagles get past Troy in the consolation game. Fox record two of the nine hits in game one with Troy, one of three hits against Louisville and two of six hits against Troy in the consolation game. She had a .880 slugging percentage with three RBIs and did not commit any errors in eight chances.

Southern Miss travels to Nicholls State, Feb. 13, for a 6 p.m., game.
