Throughout the 2007-08 athletic seasons, Southern Miss Athletic Media Relations student assistant Katlin Odems will sit down for an interview with your Golden Eagles and discuss the ins and outs of their respective sports.

Favorite spot on campus: Football Stadium
Favorite restaurant in Hattiesburg: Rio Grande by the mall
Persons most admired: My sister
Best Southern Miss road trip: Colorado Tournament last year
In preseason training I worked on: My defense and serve receiving
My most prized possession is/are: my cell phone
Dream as a collegiate player: To win a conference championship and advance to the NCAA Tournament
What motivates me? My competitive nature and drive to win
What makes me laugh? Funny faces and good jokes
What's significant about your jersey number? I've had it in every sport for every year since I've played (10 years)
If you could be on a cover of a magazine it would be: Sports Illustrated
If you could be a guest on a TV show it would be: Deal or No Deal
If I could eat only one thing, it would be: My dad's spaghetti and meatballs
How many songs on your iPod? 800 (it would have more but it's maxed out)
What's your cell phone ring? "The Way I Are" by Timbaland
The best sporting event I ever attended was: Chicago Bulls game when MJ still played
You won't catch me eating: McDonald's or cake ... yuck!
Nobody knows how much I love to: sing (only when I'm alone)
