Upcoming Promotions For Southern Miss Women's Basketball

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- - Several promotional activities have been scheduled for the upcoming women's basketball games for this weekend against Memphis on Friday, Jan. 12, and Sunday, Jan. 14, against UAB.
On Friday against Memphis, Temple Baptist Church is sponsoring the game and fans will have the opportunity to donate canned foods for the Hancock County Food Pantry and Southern Miss faculty and staff can get into the game for only $2. Fan also can begin collecting player trading cards. A player will be featured for the remaining home games, beginning with the Kendra Reed trading card.
Sunday's game has been designated as "Hoop & Holla for just $1" sponsored by Willy T's Chicken Fingers. The game will be televised nationally live on CSTV as part of the Conference USA women's basketball package.
The game will start at 2 p.m., at Reed Green Coliseum, and admission is just $1. For more additional information, call 266-5418 or visit SouthernMiss.com.
