New York Giants Officially Sign Kevis and Trevis Coley

Former Southern Miss players, Kevis Coley, linebacker, and Trevis Coley, safety, officially signed rookie free agent contracts with the NFL New York Giants as announced by the team on Saturday, and will participate in the team's rookie minicamp held this weekend (May 13-15).
Their signing marks the fourth and fifth Golden Eagles from the 2005 senior class to sign rookie free agent contracts with an NFL team, joining Tom Johnson (Indianapolis Colts), Dustin Almond (Cleveland Browns) and John Eubanks (Washington Redskins).
Kevis finished his senior season with a team-high 150 tackles (81 solo; 69 assists), 13 tackles for 49 yards in loss, tied for first in sacks with five, forced two fumbles and recovered four fumbles while starting in all 12 games during the 2005 season. For his performance, Kevis was named the 2005 C-USA Defensive Player of the Year, as well as earning First Team All-Conference USA and honorable-mention All-American honors by SI.com.
Kevis completed his career with 237 tackles (131 solo; 106 assists), seven sacks, 16 tackles for loss of 67 yards, three forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries while playing in 50 games with 14 starts.
Trevis wrapped up the 2005 season with 109 tackles (69 solo; 40 assists), second-most to brother Kevis, and two interceptions while starting in all 12 games. He earned First-Team All-Conference USA honors for his performances during the 2005 season.
Trevis concluded his career with 297 tackles (202 solo; 95 assists), nine interceptions, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one sack in 49 games played with 24 starts.
