Southern Miss Ticket Office Announces Partnership With Paciolan

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss Ticket Office has announced it has a new ticket software partnership with Paciolan for the 2006 football season.
As a result, customers will now be able to order tickets online straight from the Southern Miss Ticket Office without paying the per ticket fees, just a one time order fee. Customers will pay the same $7 handling fee in person at the Pat Ferlise Center ticket office or by ordering from the comfort of their home or office.
Customers will be able to manage their own contact information, ticket purchases and donations around the clock by logging on to the website.
Southern Miss will be able to contact it's customer via email advertising terrific ticket promotions, season ticket renewals and post-season ticket information.
Paciolan, the leading online ticketing company for college athletics, will provide comprehensive, integrated ticketing solutions for The University of Southern Mississippi.
Paciolan will provide Southern Miss with a completely new approach to servicing their customers. Southern Miss plans to implement a university-enabled comprehensive online ticketing solution to enable their customers to manage their own personal accounts and order their tickets online through SouthernMiss.com.
Southern Miss plans to use the Paciolan system to combine customer data from the Athletic Foundation system with ticket purchase history. This data will enable Southern Miss to provide greater customer service to loyal fans and donors.
