Football Game Times Announced; Homecoming Set For October 14

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss Department of Athletics has announced the official start times for the six-game 2006 Southern Miss Football home schedule.
Southern Miss also announced that the 2006 Homecoming Game will be played on Saturday, Oct. 14, against Conference USA rival Houston.
All home games during the months of September and October, including the Homecoming Game, will feature a 6 p.m., start time, while the final two home games -- UAB (Nov. 18) and Marshall (Nov. 25) -- feature respective start times of 4 and 2 p.m.
Only the nationally televised ESPN2 UCF and Tulsa road games have times set, with both slated for 6:30 p.m. (CDT), start times. Game times for the four remaining road contests will be announced by the respective host schools at a later date. All game times are subject to change should any further contests be selected for television.
