Lady Eagle Volleyball Team Falls In Home Opener

Jazzmien Stephens led the team in kills with nine. Stevi Cherry and Ashley Petrinec recorded eight kills. Kaitlyn Deutsch finished with 11 digs to lead the team, followed by eight by Amanda Blunck and six by Ednali Serralta, who also led the team in assists with 30, respectively. Game two proved to be another close game, as both teams shot well with attack percentages of .342 (Southern Miss) and .444 (Memphis), respectively.
