Football Continues Preparations For McNeese State

The team, which left for
Head Coach Jeff Bower said the team is glad to be back on a normal schedule, and is looking forward to Saturday?s home game.
?We?re excited about it,? Bower said. ?The players are excited. We?re excited to get back on campus with our normal routine. This is an important game for us. The players know that. They know they will have to play extremely well.?
Bower said playing at home is important to the team, and he hopes all the fans that can attend, will come to the game.
?We want to play for our crowd and for everyone in
Bower said following practice that redshirt senior Kevis Coley is ?good to go? and will not miss any of the
?We?re in pretty good shape injury wise,? Bower said. ?Usually at this time, you have a few more bumps and bruises.?
Bower also said that redshirt freshman Philip Tobias has quit the team.
