National Anthem Tryouts Set for October 17th
HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Southern Miss Athletics will be holding open tryouts for individuals or groups interested in singing the "Star Spangled Banner" at home men?s and women?s basketball games for the upcoming 2005-06 season.
The tryouts will be held on Monday, October 17th from 6-8 p.m. in Bennett Auditorium. This will be the only opportunity for individuals or groups interested in performing the National Anthem to tryout.
