Football Completes Tulsa Preparations
Head Coach Jeff Bower said the team has had a good week of preparation.
?We did some polishing on some things today,? Bower said. ?We had a good week.?
The team will play in M.M. Roberts Stadium for the second time this season on Saturday. Bower said the team is looking forward to playing at home.
?It?s always important playing at home,? Bower said. ?We haven?t played as many home games as we away games. We?ve got great fans and I think the players love playing in front of them and the student body. You?ve always got to defend your home turf. The players love playing at home.?
Bower said he expects a good environment on Saturday, especially with the 7 p.m., game time.

Following practice, Bower said that redshirt sophomore quarterback Stephen Reaves, who transferred to Southern Miss from
?He did a good job,? Bower said. ?He?ll be out four months, but he will be ready for spring football.?
Game time for Saturday?s game is set for 7 p.m., and will be televised by CSTV.
