Houston Football Game Rescheduled For Sunday, Nov. 13
?We worked hard with ESPN and Conference

?This season has been a real challenge for our football program,? said Southern Miss Head Football Coach Jeff Bower. ?The two hurricanes that hit us in September affected our routine and caused us to lose time on the field and only play two games that month. We are now getting back into our routine and hopefully it will stay the same for the remainder of the season. We now know what is ahead of us and even though it will be a difficult stretch in November, I believe that we do the necessary things to get through this.?
The Tulane game was originally scheduled to be aired on ESPN2 and it hasn?t been determined at this time whether the makeup game on Nov. 26 will be televised.
"The Conference appreciates the cooperation of those directly and indirectly affected by the Hurricanes as this has been a challenge," said C-USA Commissioner Britton Banowsky. "We particularly appreciate the understanding of the folks at Southern Miss, who have had two games rescheduled as a result of those storms."
