Track and Field Free Clinic Offered

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Southern Miss Head Track and Field Coach Wayne Williams and his staff will host a free track and field clinic, Sunday, March 28, at the Soccer and Track and Field Complex located off 4^th Street.

The free clinic is open to all coaches and athletes ages 12 through high school from 1 - p.m. ? 4 p.m.  Williams, his assistants and the Golden Eagle track team will work the clinic. Participants will receive instruction in all phases of the track and field, including sprints, jumps, throws, hurdles, relays and distance.
