Single Game Ticket Policy Set For Jackson State Game
Hattiesburg, Miss. - Anticipating a sellout for the August 31 football home opener against Jackson State, Southern Miss Athletics has announced additional ticket policies regarding single game ticket sales for this game.
?The best way to assure yourself of a ticket for the Jackson State game is to purchase a season package for the 2002 football season,? noted Athletic Director Richard Giannini. ?High ticket demand and the contracted ticket needs of our opponent mean only a very limited number of single game tickets will be available.?
Football ticket information for the 2002 season is being mailed starting this week. Single game orders will be accepted at the Southern Miss Ticket Office starting Monday morning, April 15.
All tickets for the game are priced at $25 each. There is no ticket limit. All orders received prior to May 31, 2002 will be filled on the following priority basis:
1. Current Eagle Club members, based on their priority ranking number,
2. Renewed 2002 football season ticketholders, based to date of receipt
3. All other orders, based on date of receipt
All orders received after May 31, 2002, will be filled based upon date of receipt. Acceptance and processing of Jackson State orders does not guarantee that the ticket office will be able to fill the order. Single game tickets for the Jackson State game will be mailed no later than two weeks prior to the game.
