The Southern Miss volleyball team continues Conference USA action with a home match against South Florida on Saturday, Oct. 12, at 7 p.m., in the Payne Center.
The Lady Eagles (10-8, 2-1 in C-USA) have won four of their last six matches, including a three-match winning streak that ended last weekend with a 3-0 loss at Houston. The successful stint did include two conference wins, over UAB and TCU.

Since then, two of South Florida?s wins were decided in four-game matchups, and four victories were claimed in three-game contests.
The Bulls are on a four-match winning streak and have won seven of their last eight. After starting the season 0-2, South Florida responded by winning the next seven consecutive matches, claiming its longest winning streak of the season.
Michelle Collier leads the team with 329 kills. The first-team all-conference performer also claims 37 aces, leading the team, and 192 digs, second only to Jolene Patton who has 195. Alessandra Domingos, last year?s C-USA Setter of the Year, claims 799 assists.
