Men?s Tennis Team Loses Second Straight
The Southern Miss men?s tennis team lost to No. 14-ranked Mississippi State, 6-1, this afternoon at Starkville, Miss.
The Bulldogs won the doubles point and Luiz Carvalho (MSU) defeated David Canduas 6-3, 6-3 in the No. 5 spot to clinch the match.
David Jansson scored the only point for the Eagles, defeating Jerome Le Belicard in the No. 2 spot by a score of 6-4, 6-3.
The next match for the Golden Eagles will be at home on Feb. 16, vs. Southern University.
