Taryn Barz was named Director of Operations for Golden Eagles Softball in July, 2020.
For the 2018-2019 academic year, Barz served the Belmont Bruins as the Director of Softball Operations.
In her previous experience as a collegiate athlete, Barz was a four-year varsity letterwinner member of the women's basketball team at Simpson College, where she led the way as team captain her senior year.
Barz’s past experience also includes serving her alma mater as Hampton-Dumont High’s junior varsity coach. She later relocated to the Middle Tennessee area where she worked in a variety of internship positions with the Nashville Soccer Club.
Barz is a native of Hampton, Iowa.
