Southern Miss Announces Military Appreciation Day for Nov. 9 Football Game

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – Southern Miss announced on Tuesday that the football game on Saturday, Nov. 9, against Marshall will be the school's annual Military Appreciation Day.
All active and retired military members will receive a free ticket to the game and fans can donate tickets through the Seats for Service campaign by CLICKING HERE. The campaign is a way to show your Golden Eagle pride while also allowing service members and their families an opportunity to attend a football game and witness the Southern Miss passion firsthand. For $10, you can sponsor a service member to attend a home game at The Rock.
Service members can redeem their tickets and their guest tickets by coming to the Pat Ferlise Ticket Office and showing a valid military ID or by showing their military ID at the box office the day of the game. CLICK HERE to fill out the form to request up to four tickets for a service member's family to attend the game.
At various timeouts during the game, Southern Miss will honor all active and retired military members. Further Military Appreciation Day initiatives will be announced in the days leading up to the game on Nov. 9
