Bevy of Non-Conference Kickoff Times and TV Slots Announced

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -Â ESPN announced game times and viewing platforms for two Southern Miss football home games and the season opener at Kentucky on Aug. 31.

The Golden Eagles open the 2024 season against the Wildcats at 6:45 p.m. CST in Lexington, Ky. The game will air on the SEC Network.Â

The following week, Saturday, Sept. 7, Southern Miss returns to M.M. Roberts Stadium to host Southeastern Louisiana at 6 p.m. CST on ESPN+. ESPN also announced that the Golden Eagles will take on South Florida at 6 p.m. CST on Sept. 14 on ESPN+.Â

The Sun Belt Championship game is slated for Saturday, Dec. 7 on ESPN at 6:30 p.m. CST. The remaining kickoff times and TV designations will be released at a later date.Â
