Golden Eagles Host Charlotte in Regular Season Finale

HATTIESBURG, Miss. --Â The Southern Miss men's basketball team will host Charlotte on Saturday afternoon in the regular season finale. The Golden Eagles (6-24, 1-16 C-USA) will tipoff against the 49ers (16-13, 9-8 C-USA) in Reed Green Coliseum at 2 p.m. CST. Southern Miss will honor senior managers Nicholas Ray and CJ Ruffin prior to the game.Â

- Center Aly Khalifa is averaging 7.6 points per game, 4.1 rebounds per game, and 3.6 assists per game.Â
- Khalifa has been named C-USA Freshman of the Week five times, including the week of his 19-point performance against Marshall on the road. Young has been named the C-USA Player of the Week once.Â
