Boban Jacdonmi Signs Pro Contract with Glasgow Rocks

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Two-year letterwinner and Southern Miss graduate Boban Jacdonmi has signed a professional contract with the Glasgow Rocks of the British Basketball League.
"I am excited to have signed with the Rocks to start my rookie season," the London native said. "I know this move will help the progression of my game, and I plan to give it all on the floor every night. I can't wait to get started."
Jacdonmi, who held a strong presence within the fan base and community, will also be in the same league as Golden Eagle great Cortez Edwards, formerly with the Worcester Wolves and now the Newcastle Eagles. The two shared the floor in the 2018-19 season.
Jacdonmi started nine of his 26 games played as a senior, averaging 7.2 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. His 29 points and 10 rebounds on Opening Night marked the program's highest-scoring opener since Charles Gaines in 2004. Jacdonmi's second double-double was a 16-points, 12-rebound performance at Middle Tennessee. He spent his first two years at Chattanooga State CC and joined the Golden Eagles in January 2018.
