Southern Miss Set to Hold Spring Game Presented by Powerade on Saturday, April 13

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The 2019 Southern Miss football spring game presented by Powerade will be held Saturday, April 13, beginning at 11:30 a.m., at M.M. Roberts Stadium.

The game will feature honorary coaches Reggie Collier (Gold Team) and Brett Favre (Black Team). Former players that were teammates of Collier, who lettered from 1979-82, and Favre, who lettered from 1987-90, are asked to join their respective teammate on that team's sideline during the contest.

Also during this free event, fans will have an opportunity to buy or renew season tickets for the 2019 home season.

Prior to the game, there will be a free kid's clinic presented by Powerade for those ages 12 and under from 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m. on the game field.

The Southern Miss beach volleyball squad also will play William Carey at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Southern Miss beach volleyball courts (adjacent to the Payne Center) later that day and admission is free to their matches.
