Southern Miss Set to Distribute over 2,500 Ticket for Military Families for Football Game This Saturday

HATTIESBURG, Miss. – The Southern Miss Department of Athletics announced Wednesday afternoon that over 2,500 tickets will be made available for the Seats for Service program which was established for the Saturday, Nov. 9, football game at M.M. Roberts Stadium against UAB.
Fans had the opportunity to purchase $10 tickets for the contest against the Blazers which goes to military members and their families. In addition, for every ticket purchased for this program, the athletics department matched each ticket sold.
If you are an active duty service member or veteran, you may show your ID to receive two complimentary tickets for the game. You may pick up your tickets at the Pat Ferlise Center on Thursday and Friday of this week, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Or on game day at the Southwest Ticket Box Office (located by Gate 3) beginning at 11:00 a.m.
This Saturday's contest is part of the school's annual Salute to Armed Forces Day on the Golden Eagle campus as many exciting events have been planned around this contest. Game time is set for 2:30 p.m., against UAB.
