Friday Football Luncheon Set to Preview HOMECOMING

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss Friday Football Luncheon returns tomorrow, Oct. 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Mugshots Bar and Grill (204 N 40th Avenue) as the community prepares for Saturday's HOMECOMING game.
The event will be held every Friday before a home game. Special guests include members of the Golden Eagle coaching staff, and all fans are welcome. The only cost is each attendee's individual meal. Everyone will have the firsthand opportunity to get breakdown and analysis of the previous and upcoming games as well as having the ability to ask their own questions. This week's speakers include Tim Billings (associate head/outside linebackers), Derek Nicholson (defensive line) and Lytrel Pollard (running backs), also a former Golden Eagle standout. Seymour will even be in attendance to greet incoming fans.
Southern Miss is set to play in front of a home crowd for the first time since Oct. 1, when the Golden Eagles had a school-record 702 yards during a win over Rice.
