Southern Miss Basketball Media and Fan Day Set

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Media and Fan Day for Southern Miss men's and women's basketball teams has been set for this Thursday, Oct. 29, on the Coliseum court of Reed Green Coliseum beginning at 11 a.m. The event is free and open to the general public. Fans are encouraged to attend to hear from their favorite Golden Eagle and Lady Eagle players and coaches as well as enjoy a free lunch consisting of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks while supplies last.
The women's basketball press conference opens the event at 11 a.m. with Coach Joye Lee-McNelis speaking to the media as well as selected Lady Eagle players. At Noon all fans and media members in attendance will be treated to lunch and have a chance to mingle and interact with both coaching staffs and select players. The men's basketball press conference will begin at 1 p.m. Both men's and women's press conferences will be streamed live on SouthernMiss.com and will be free to the public. All fans and media members attending the Media and Fan Day are asked to enter Reed Green Coliseum through the basketball office doors and make their way down to the court.
