Football to Hold Walk-On Tryouts

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss football coach Todd Monken and his staff will hold open tryouts on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 4 p.m., the program office announced today.

To participate in the tryout, each participant must be a current full-time student at Southern Miss, and must present the following to the football office on the second floor of the Duff Athletic Center prior to Monday, Feb. 10, at 4 p.m. the information needed includes:

Proof of registration with the NCAA Clearinghouse at EligibilityCenter.org to make sure that they have their NCAA ID number.
A copy of a current physical, blood work, and a copy of their active insurance card.
A tryout form must be filled out completely and turned in to the football office. The form may be found HERE.
