Football Announces Final Game Times for 2010 Season

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -
The University of Southern Mississippi Department of Athletics has released its final game times for the 2010 football season. With the addition of game times also comes the announcement of an additional three television contests, which will all be aired on Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS).
The Oct. 9 contest against East Carolina, which is also the school's homecoming contest, will be a 6:30 p.m., kickoff and is one of the games picked up by CSS. Two other games chosen as CSS broadcasts include a road contest at Memphis (Oct. 16) and a home affair with UAB (Oct. 30). Both of those games will begin at 11 a.m.
Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS) is only on cable serving over six million customers in thirteen states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. The sports channel delivers a mix of live sports programming, sports news and in-depth sports analysis geared towards southern sports fans.
Other game times include the Golden Eagles' home opener Sept. 11, against Prairie View A&M, which will be a 6 p.m., start at Carlisle-Faulkner Field at Roberts Stadium. The final home contest against Houston on Nov. 20, has been set for a 6 p.m. kickoff as well.
