Team Notes
· Team Captains were junior defensive lineman Andrew Burns, senior defensive back Chico Hunter, senior tight end Johdrick Morris and junior wide receiver William Spight

Offensive Notes
· Offensive lineman Kameron Zipp made his 33rd consecutive start today
· Receiver Kelvin Bolden recorded a career game in just the first quarter, he tallied 105 yards on five receptions, both are career highs. He finished with 154 receiving yards, which puts him 11th place all-time for a single game.
· Bolden became only the second player this season to tally over 100 yards receiving in a game, DeAndre Brown had 100 yards vs. Prairie View
· Johdrick Morris recorded his second TD of the season and fourth of his career on a six yard reception in the first quarter.
· QB Austin Davis converted a fourth down opportunity in the first quarter and could not convert on a fourth down in the final second, Davis' conversion was the third time this season Southern Miss has converted on fourth down in eight attempts this season.
· Davis threw his second TD in the first quarter, a seven yard strike to Desmond Johnson, his first career TD reception
· Southern Miss tallied 17 points in the first quarter and are now outscoring their opponents 81-16 in the opening quarter this season.
· Desmond Johnson also rushed for a TD in the second quarter, his second time this season with multiple TD's in a game
· Davis passed for over 200 yards for the 17th time in his career, which ties him with Dustin Almond (2002-05) for second place all-time.
· With 41 points today, Southern Miss has scored over 30 points in
· Bolden hauled in a 28 yard TD pass in the fourth quarter, his second career touchdown
· Kendrick Hardy rushed for his first second TD in the fourth quarter on a 59 yard run, which was a career high
· Hardy's TD run was also the longest TD rush of the season for Southern Miss
· Hardy finished with 101 rushing yards, a career high rushing for him and the only player this season to rush for over 100 yards
· Freshman Dominque Sullivan hauled in a 22 yard reception in the fourth quarter, a career long
Defensive Notes
· Southern Miss allowed a TD on the opponents opening drive for the first time this season
· Cordarro Law forced a fumble and recovered it in the first quarter, his third forced fumble of the season and his second fumble recovery of the year
· Southern Miss has held their opponents under100 yards rushing in four consecutive games and five times this season. Memphis tallied only 32 yards on the ground today.
· Roshaad Byrd registered a sack to end the third quarter, his second of the season.
· Korey Williams tallied his second sack of the season in the fourth quarter
Special Teams Notes
· Daniel Hrapmann hit a 36 yard filed goal in the first quarter for his 17th consecutive FG, dating back to last season.
· Punter Peter Boehme hit a 51 yard punt in the second quarter, his second punt over 50 yards this season.
· Hrapmann missed his first field goal since last year's New Orleans Bowl in the second quarter, a 42 yard attempt snapping his streak of 17 consecutive kicks made
· Hrapmann converted a 21 yard attempt in the third quarter, his 16th field goal of the season
· With four point after attempts today, Hrapmann remained perfect on the season at 23-for-23
