Former Golden Eagles Battling for NFL Roster Spots

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - With training camps opening around the National Football League, several former Golden Eagles are looking to make rosters in the 32-team league.
Thirteen former Golden Eagles are currently battling for roster spots, including four members of last year's squad. Robert Henderson was a sixth-round pick of the Super Bowl Champion New York Giants, while Chris Clark, Martavius Prince and Brandon Sumrall signed free agent contracts with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Pittsburgh Steelers and Minnesota Vikings, respectively.
According to media reports, Brett Favre also is expected back at camp in Green Bay by the middle of the week.
