Athletic Department and M-Club Hold 1997 Football Reunion

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - The Southern Miss Athletic Department, along with the M-Club, will hold a reunion, honoring the 1997 football team, as well as its coaches, managers and trainers, on September 1, while also celebrating the 2007 home opener against Tennessee-Martin.

The reunion acts as an opportunity for those involved in the successes of the team to catch up with their former teammates and re-live the first undefeated C-USA season and Liberty Bowl championship.

The following is a list of the day's events:
3:00 p.m. - Meet at tailgating tent outside of stadium (east side, Loyalty Field)
4:00 p.m. - Participate in Eagle Walk with current team
5:50 p.m. - Pregame recognition on the field
6:00 p.m. - Kickoff vs. Tennessee-Martin
