George's thoughts about the Southeastern Louisiana game:
"We played a good football team on Saturday and I think that we did alright. That game is in the past now and we have to spend more of our time concentrating on the next one. Next on the agenda is N.C. State. They have a really good ball club over there. All of the hard work in practice will definitely pay off this week."
Thoughts on the N.C. State preparations:
"The preparations are going pretty good so far. They aren't complete until the week is complete. Nothing will be complete until after the game Saturday night against N.C. State. I always say that proper preparation prevents poor performance. That's what we're riding on right now. One of our goals is to be properly prepared for every game."
George's expectations for the rest of the season:
"I don't think that you can predict the season. You have to play it one game at a time, week after week. I never predict things like this. I come out and do what I have to do in order to make each week a good week for the team."
On N.C. State's loss to Akron:
"I think that loss will definitely affect the way they come to play on Saturday. They lost to Akron so they're going to come in here all fired up and ready to play a good ball game. N.C. State is a great team with a lot of pride. We're expecting the best from them."
His thoughts about the 45-0 score against Southeastern Louisiana:
"It's just something that pushes you to the next game. The number really doesn't mean that much to us. Like I said earlier, what happened last week is done and it's all about the N.C. State game this week. We have to move on and focus on the present and what we need to do for another great win."
