Eagle Walk to be held at The Swamp

Southern Miss fans are encouraged to welcome the Golden Eagle football team when it arrives to play their season-opening game against Florida at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium this Saturday, Sept. 2. Kick-off is schedule for 6 p.m. EST.
Join the Pride Pep Band, cheerleaders and Seymour, at Gate 16 on the southeast corner of the stadium, as they line the way for the "Eagle Walk" scheduled to be held at approximately 3:30 p.m. EST.
Following "Eagle Walk" and the team's arrival, fans are also invited to join the Alumni Association for their Eagle Landing tailgating event. The party, which also begins at 3:30 p.m. EST, will be located in the Stephen C. O'Connell Center on the University of Florida campus across the street from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. For a nominal charge of $5, Eagle fans can enjoy a barbeque meal prior to kickoff.
The entrance for the Eagle Landing (Alumni Function) is Gate 4 of the O'Connell Center. This gate is located in the Northwest corner of the building and faces the parking garage and football practice fields. The O'Connell Center is located directly across the street from the football stadium.
