Brenan, Davis, Fox Named To Ragin' Cajun Classic

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Three Lady Eagles, seniors Ashley Brenan and Ashley Davis, along with sophomore Jennifer Fox, were named to the Ragin' Cajun Classic All-Tournament Team today.
Brenan earns All-Tournament honors for the second-consecutive tournament, as she was named to the Hawaii Paradise Classic All-Tournament team. She finished the Ragin' Cajun Classic with a .333 batting average, with five hits, including a home run, three RBI, four runs scored, three walks and three stolen bases.
Davis hit. 313 in the Ragin' Cajun' Classic, with five hits, two doubles, three RBI, five runs scored and one stolen base.
Fox led the team with a .400 batting average in the Ragin' Cajun Classic, posting a team-high six hits, while scoring six runs and two RBI, walking three times and stealing a base.
Southern Miss (4-9) is on a two-game winning streak and will host No. 6 Alabama on Wednesday, at 6 p.m., at the Softball Complex.
