Meet The Eagles Set For Aug. 20 HATTIESBURG, Another opportunity to meet the Golden Eagle players and coaches, prior to the start of the 2005 season, is set for Aug. 20. Southern Miss Head Football Coach Jeff Bower and the 2005 Golden Eagle football team will be available to sign autographs this Saturday, following the team?s 3:30 p.m. practice, at approximately 5 p.m., at M. M. Roberts Stadium. This event is free of charge. Fans are asked to enter the stadium through Gate 8 or Gate 6 (north east & south east corners of M.M. Roberts Stadium). Southern Miss Fans are encouraged to come ?Meet the Eagles? for pictures and autographs. Golden Eagle fans are also reminded that season tickets are now on sale. The 2005 Southern Miss football schedule will be exciting and competitive as the Golden Eagles begin their quest of a fifth C-USA Championship.
