Eagle Walk Route to Change for Remainder of Season
Since Hurricane Katrina and the logistical issues caused the by the storm, the football team has not been able to return to its normal game day routine and are forced to stay on campus or in their apartments on Friday night instead of the team hotel.
?The change to Eagle Walk is only temporary, but we encourage everyone to participate in what has become a great tradition here at Southern Miss,? said Southern Miss Head Football Coach Jeff Bower.
?We felt bad that not as many people were able to participate before the McNeese game, because it means so much to our team, and we really want our people involved in Eagle Walk.?
Kick-off for Saturday?s game is set for 7 p.m. and will be televised on CSTV. Tickets for the game are available by visiting the Ferlise Center Ticket Office, by calling 1-800-844-TICK or visiting SouthernMiss.com.
