Football Continues Tulsa Preparations

Head Coach Jeff Bower said practice has gone well this week.
?So far, practice this week has gone according to schedule,? Bower said. ?We need to finish the week strong.?

Bower also said that redshirt sophomore linebacker Jerome Lyons (knee), a transfer from
?We?re thin at linebacker,? Bower said. ?Guys like Jerome and Howard Overby (recovering from car accident/ankle) need to have the mindset of ?I need to get ready to play.?? Bower also said he did not know when or if Overby would return this season.
Game time for Saturday?s game is set for 7 p.m. It will be televised on CSTV.
