Southern Sports Tonight's Southern Caravan To Visit Hattiesburg
Hattiesburg, Miss. - The radio sports talk show "Southern Sports Tonight" hosted by Scott McKinney and Max Howell, a former college coach, will be visiting the Southern Miss campus on Wednesday, Aug. 6, from 5-8 p.m, CT, as part of its Southern Caravan, which will originate from 20 different college campuses during the month of August.
The radio broadcast will headquarter on the balcony of the Southern Miss Athletic Center facing Roberts Stadium. Fans who want to attend can listen from the area below the balcony between the Athletic Center and Roberts Stadium.
Some of the guests on the show that evening will include Head Football Coach Jeff Bower, Defensive Coordinator Tyrone Nix, Offensive Coordinator Rip Scherer, Head Men's Basketball Coach James Green, Director of Athletics Richard Giannini, Executive Director of the Eagle Club Dick Vogel, The "Voice of the Golden Eagles" John Cox and many others.
Southern Sports Tonight is a show that is dedicated solely to the promotion of college sports over the entire South. The show has over 130 radio affiliates throughout the South from as far east as South Carolina and as far west as Texas.
