Lady Eagles Experience Further Delays and Schedule Changes
COLUMBUS, Ga. ? Rain from Friday and earlier this morning hindered the playing conditions of the fields at the South Commons Complex and Stadium, and the NFCA Leadoff Classic was forced to undergo further changes in its format. The Southern Miss softball team will now compete in only two games today, facing Nebraska at 4 p.m., Central Standard Time, and Stanford at 6 p.m.

The Lady Eagles will complete their competition tomorrow with a single game against North Carolina at 9 a.m. No bracket play will be observed.
