Fan Advisory
* Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff* The "M" Club walkway that features the name
bricks and "The Rock" will no longer be open
for pregame use. Fans will, instead, move
between East and West Stadium by taking the
sidewalks ?in front of? the new Athletic Center.
* There will be a small teathered weather balloon
that will be launched from the practice fields
over the stadium, taking pictures.
* Prohibited items: Food, Drink, Alcohol, Pets,
Umbrellas, Video Cameras, Laser Pens, Lawn
Chairs,Containers, Weapons, Large Bags, Back
Packs and Balloons.
* Infants in arms (age 2 and under) will be
admitted free of charge with it being
understood that the infant must sit in the
parent's lap and not occupy a seat.
* Smoking is prohibited in the seating areas.
Smoking areas are located in the upper and
lower concourses of the stadium.
* Students must have a valid USM ID card and
ticket. Student sections are sections M, L, K,
J, LL, KK, JJ. Student guest tickets are for
the student section only.
* All gates will remain open the entire game.
Tickets will be taken the entire game. Re-
admittance is allowed after halftime and with a
proper ticket stub and hand stamp.
* AAA Ambulance Service will provide on-site
paramedics for first aid. Paramedics also will
be located in the stadium to help with any
problems that may arise. There will be a first
aid trailer set up at the North West corner of
Roberts Stadium outside of McMillan Hall on the
West side and in room 105 of the Sports Arena
on the East side.
* Fan Accomodation Booth: Fan Accomodation Booths
open 90 minutes prior to kickoff and close at
the end of the fourth quarter. Fans may wish to
visit the booths to ask directions or seek
assistance with any problems that develop while
at the stadium. Two Fan Accomodation booths are
located inside the stadium; one on the east
lower mezzanine and one on the west lower
mezzanine.
* There will be additional parking at
Strickland's Furniture Store, located on 49N
going from USM campus, behind the Dairy Queen.
It is a park and ride lot where a city shuttle
bus will take people from the lot to 4th
Street. It will start at 3 p.m., on Saturday.
* Eagle Club Parking Lots will be closed off at 4
p.m., on Friday, Aug. 30. All USM faculty,
staff and students with valid USM parking
credentials will be allowed on campus until 7
a.m., on Saturday, Aug. 31. At 7 a.m., all
cars must be removed from Eagle Club campus
parking lots or the vehicles will be towed.
* On-Campus Open Parking Lots: Community Health,
Elam Arms Gravel Lot, George Hurst West Lot,
Performing Arts Center, Arthell Kelley Lot,
McCain Library Lot, North Bond Lot, Owings
McQuagge and the Theatre and Dance Lot.
