Eagle Club Sponsors Signing Day Socials
Hattiesburg, Miss. - The Southern Miss Eagle Club has announced that the following socials will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 6, and Thursday, Feb. 7, to talk about the 2002 Southern Miss football signing class.
The Hattiesburg Eagle Club will feature a social on Wednesday, Feb. 6, from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m., in the front lobby of the Pat Ferlise Center with a member of the coaching staff addressing the group at noon.
Sammy Winder, Southern Miss and NFL great and Super Bowl veteran, will attend the Jackson Eagle Club signing day party Wednesday evening at the River Hills Tennis Club. Cocktail hour will be on Feb. 6, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. At 6:30 our guest speaker will be Jay Hopson, secondary coach, who will have the latest details on what should an outstanding signing class. Coach Hopson recruits the area and is excited about the opportunity to meet with the fans and supporters in the Jackson area.

Additionally, Meridian will host a signing day party at noon, Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Northwood Country Club. Recruiting Coordinator Chad O?Shea will be the guest speaker, along with Vogel. Autographed items will be given away at this event.
